IBA School of Business Studies is holding this conference at a time when issues such as the COVID-19 pandemic, climate change, soaring global inflation, and increasing rate of digital transformation are challenging businesses in a constantly changing environment. In this disruptive age, there is an increasing need for organizations to make the best possible decisions in the shortest possible time, keeping sustainability and inclusivity in consideration. Collaboration between academia and professionals is needed in managing people and businesses with evolving needs and practices and understanding customers through new approaches such as neuromarketing and behavioral studies. Business schools must keep abreast of these changes to make their curriculum relevant and responsive to the emerging needs. IBA-SBS International Conference will feature keynote speakers and sessions that will provide a chance for participants to network with scholars to gain a wider and clearer perspective regarding decision-making in a disruptive age.
