As the Conference Chair and the Dean of the School of Business Studies, I am excited to welcome scholars from around the world to this gathering of thought leaders, industry experts, and academics. Our goal is to provide a platform for exchange and collaboration on the discourse taking shape across key functional areas of business on issues surrounding sustainability challenges and their wider managerial implications.

It gives me great pleasure to announce 2nd IBA School of Business Studies International Conference, 2023. This conference will be held from 26th to 27th May 2023 at IBA Karachi. The theme of conference is "Sustainability: Global & Local Challenges". Sustainability is becoming increasingly important in the face of global challenges such as climate change, resource depletion, and social inequality. It involves taking a holistic approach to development that considers the interconnectedness of economic, financial, social, and environmental systems, aiming to find solutions that promote long-term well-being and resilience.

Conference 2023 invites scholars and practitioners from the fields of Accounting & Law, Finance, Marketing, and Management (and related areas) to submit their original research papers and case studies for presentation at the conference. This conference will facilitate exchange of ideas and provide opportunities to promote collaborations and partnerships among scholars across the globe.
